How to write a first message that feels natural
A good first message after 50 does not need to be clever. It should feel warm, specific, and easy to answer.
Start with one real detail
Mention something from the profile: a city, hobby, photo, book, travel interest, or shared value. This makes the message feel personal instead of copied.
Keep the tone light
One or two sentences is enough. A friendly opening gives the other person room to reply without pressure.
Ask an easy question
Questions like “What kind of music do you enjoy live?” or “Do you have a favorite walking spot?” invite conversation without feeling too intense.
